Applying for a Grant (Reduced Fee Concession)
Grants are available for participants holding a degree in architecture, art history, engineering, or in disciplines related to the conservation of cultural heritage. To be eligible, applicants must have obtained their degrees or diplomas after 2010.
The available grants cover the full enrolment fee, which will be paid directly to the Centre on behalf of selected applicants by public or private institutions, bodies, or third-party contributors. Applicants wishing to request a grant must submit a letter of application for a grant – together with the general course application form – addressed to the President of the CISA Centre in Vicenza.
Participants will be selected by a committee appointed by the President of the Academic Council of the CISA. The committee’s decisions, based on the information provided in the application, are final.
Applicants awarded a grant are nevertheless required to pay a €100 deposit via postal or international money order. This amount will be reimbursed at the end of the course.
Please note that the grant is conditional upon full attendance: participants must attend at least 80% of the total course hours. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the Centre withholding the deposit and not issuing a certificate of completion.
The deadline to apply for a grant is: Friday 18 September 2020 at 01:00 pm (GMT+2).
To complete the grant application, candidates must:
- indicate their academic qualifications (degree, and where applicable, master's and/or doctorate);
- attach a brief statement of intent.
- optionally, submit up to three letters of recommendation
